There are 4 different options that can be decided at the time of booking:

🍎 1. Mindful Foodie - especially for those who dread the Tight Pants Syndrome at Christmas - Note, I am not a dietician! With me your loved one will learn to become more mindful with the food they eat. The only restrictions they will have are the ones they decide to impose. So this is a fun way to explore eating from a new angle.

2. Mindful Calm - this one is for all those who feel like they got to the end of the year by the skin of their teeth! Those who feel they're balancing too many plates and are looking for a calmer approach to life. We will look at stress management tips and a strategy for the New Year.

🎆 3. NY resolution setting - Did you know that less than 20% of NY resolutions are actually followed through? Creating a strategy for their NY resolution will give your loved one a greater chance of success - why not give them a hand?!

💜 4. Calming meditation - If you know someone who really just needs a special indulgence, give them the gift of a personalised meditation. I have a range of meditations and will focus on what they specifically need, from healing, stress release, visualisation, breathing exercises, and more.

*Each session runs for 60 minutes but sometimes will continue to 90 minutes if it is needed*

6 week MINDFUL WELLNESS MEDITATION workshopS

CALM THE CHAOS MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS 

Ideal for workplace teams and small groups, these workshops are a popular addition to workplace well-being programs. Currently taking bookings for 2018.

These workshops require a minimum of 45 to 60 minutes for an effective practice, however 30 minute sessions can be given upon request.

Two series of 6 workshops are available covering various aspects of meditation, mindfulness and stress management. Each session is informative, interactive, and fun, and is designed to provide participants with practical tools that will help them to recognise and manage their own stress and respond better to stressful situations, both at work and in their personal life. 

Topics covered include:

  • Basic mindfulness meditation
  • Breathing techniques
  • Visualisations
  • Mindful eating
  • Healing meditation
  • Mindful movement
  • Yoga Nidra

I give participants the opportunity to see how the tools can be applied in their own life, and also the chance to appreciate the science behind the practice.

This package is designed to guide you towards your best self, mindfully. Moving towards your wellness goals, I will help you to discover a mindful approach to your wellness. 

Inclusions: 

Minimum 8 x weekly coaching calls via phone or Skype

In these sessions we will break down and strategise a vision to transform who you are, including throwing out old habits and introducing new ones. 

Weekly mindfulness meditation sessions with 'homeplay'.
