We have created corporate meditation and yoga classes specifically for those who work in the office, in high stress environments.

For your well-being and performance it is so important to be able to switch off, move the body, release tension, and connect the body and the mind and we are here to help you to do just that.

Yoga/Meditation

Explore a different aspect of meditation and mindfulness each week, take a journey inwards to gain deeper insight, balance, calm and self-awareness. Regular practice can elicit the relaxation response, creating positive calm in your daily life.

Class options

  • Sunrise Well yoga/meditation - 60 minutes morning class to connect and prepare the mind and body with intention.
  • Lunch-time calm and balance - a 60 minute easy flow to get rid of morning stress and prepare the mind for upcoming tasks.
  • Afternoon reconnect - 60 minutes to reconnect the body and the mind and let go of the day.
  • All classes run for 10 weeks or can be provided on an ongoing basis.

    Perfect for beginners or those with experience. Find the balance, connect with yourself, calm the mind and release tension in the body.

    All classes begin with an easy yoga flow, and end with a minimum of 20 minutes meditation practice.

 

Yoga

Our hatha yoga classes are designed to suit the needs of our clients, and the time of the day the practice is done.

 

 

Class options

  • Sunrise Well energising yoga - 60 minute morning class to start the day off right.
  • Lunch-time quick balance - 45 minutes to re-energise and get balance to continue the day.
  • Afternoon wind-down - 60 minutes to mark the end of the day, release stress and tension and go home with new energy.

All classes run for 10 weeks or can be provided on an ongoing basis.

All sessions include a physical practice, breathing techniques, and meditation.
