Meditate for LIFE gives you 20-in-20 - In this course, you will develop a consistent, calming meditation practice. That is, 20 minutes of practice over 20 days.
In this course you will learn to meditate, but in a way that creates lasting change.
You can expect to:
uncover your real vision for change
find a deeper motivation to stick with your practice and be more committed than ever before
drill down to your core values and character strengths, helping drive long-lasting change
discover and remove barriers blocking your success
build a meditation practice step-by-step, so you don't get overwhelmed
be coached to make the changes you need to take your practice to the next level
practice meditations of different lengths so you can advance to 20 minutes or keep practising with the length of time that works for you
Receive free lifetime (for the lifetime of the group) access to the Sunrise Well meditation Facebook group of the same name.
The course includes:
10 lessons divided into 2 parts
7 training audios

You can expect to dive deep and discover aspects of yourself that will help you grow into the person you want to be.
You will set aside approximately 23 days to build your practice:
3 days for Part 1 - the self development section
20 days for Part 2 - the guided practice section
Or, take it at your own pace - it’s up to you!
Although the goal is to meditate for 20 minutes, you will be able to repeat, stop or go back to any length of meditation time that suits you, until you are comfortable to move on. The minimum amount of time you will need is 23 days to complete the course, but you may decide to stretch that out to 30, 40 or 50 days. Enrolment lasts 3 months.

Hello, my name is Ruth.
I am the Founder of Sunrise Well, a boutique wellness business that shows people how to be mindfully well, how to de-stress and bring vitality into your life, so you can thrive, not just survive.
I created Meditate for LIFE because, in my work, I come across so many people who want to meditate but can't seem to make the practice stick. Even if intellectually you know that meditation is good for you, it's another thing to make it part of your daily routine.
I have seen first hand the profound impact meditation can make on a person's life. I have seen it change relationships, give people new energy and vitality, and improve health and life balance in completely transformative ways.
The nitty gritty:
I am a certified wellness coach, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher, as well as an educator with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Health.
I have worked in academic settings for almost 20 years so I know what it takes to deliver useful courses where you can really learn, grow, and change your life. I coach people in how to meditate, how to live mindfully, how to reduce stress, and how to kick the habits that are holding them back.
I bring together my education in public health and psychology, with practical training in coaching, yoga, and meditation. I also incorporate my background skills in health policy and academic lecturing.
