Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for anyone who has become reactive, unable to respond to situations calmly, experiencing relationships under strain, prone to explosive outbursts, tired and overwhelmed, sleeping poorly, making poor food choices, unable to stick to an exercise routine, wasting gym memberships.
Stress can sneak in and undermine the important areas of your life.
It is time to take responsibility for your stress and begin a strategy for long-term change, moving beyond the quick fix solutions into sustainable change.
You can take your sessions in person or via Skype so you can receive coaching from anywhere in the world!
What's on offer?
One-on-one meditation and mindfulness training - you can book in for a single introductory session, see if we are a good fit, and we'll take it from there. At the least you will walk away from a single session feeling very relaxed, more aware of areas in your life that are currently overwhelming you, and you will have some idea of what you will do about it in the coming weeks.
CORPORATE group training program - you will join with like-minded individuals in a 6-week meditation and mindfulness program. The program includes creating a vision to get you on track to a less stressed out life, 6 weekly group zoom calls where we discuss various aspects of mindfulness each week, weekly tasks and goals to work on, and ongoing email support.

VIP one-on-one program - high-contact personalised sessions that run for a minimum of 12 weeks, especially for highly stressed out people who can't seem to get on top of their stress. You are EXTREMELY low on energy, highly reactive, and feeling overwhelmed by pretty much everything.
We will meet initially on a weekly basis via skype OR IN PERSON, talk through and practice various aspects of meditation and mindfulness in detail, and map out a vision to make lifelong habits for living a more mindful, positive and fulfilling life.
What does "MAPPING A Vision" mean?
The first session is the time we nut out your issues and create a vision for change. We cover all aspects of your health and wellness. I will ask quite a lot of questions in order to get down into the depth of it and help you identify your goals and the challenges that may come up in the weeks ahead.
We will meet on a weekly basis, either face-to-face, by Skype, or by phone for the duration of your sessions.
