Online courses in Meditation and positive wellbeing.
It is no longer necessary for us to be in the same room for you to make big shifts in your health and wellbeing.
Why have online options?
Time and time again in my work, I came across really inspired people who were being held back by their own behaviours.
When you think about it, it’s crazy! You know what you should do. You know what you want to do. But you can’t seem to make yourself do it.
It’s like you can see the goals for your wellbeing - feel more calm, have more energy, balance work and life - but all this ‘stuff’ gets in the way. Sometimes the ‘stuff’ can be competing priorities, time management, work demands, family and so on. Sometimes it is all internal, with self talk, limiting beliefs, and doubt. Sometimes it is a combination of both.
I have created a number of free and paid programs for my clients, based on the feedback I was getting in my one-on-one coaching, and in my corporate classes and seminars.
In responding to the gaps in self knowledge and in practice that I was seeing again and again. These programs just scratch the surface of behaviour change, but they are a good way to look a little deeper into what is going on deep down and to have an actual process to get things back on track.
So if your health and wellbeing are a priority for you this year, it might be time to dive into some meditation and self care. Here are the online courses currently on offer:
Both courses provide a step-by-step process for you to follow based on proven techniques in wellbeing and behaviour change.
They are fun, challenging, and have an amazing end goal in mind - If you complete the program, YOU WILL TRANSFORM INTO A BETTER VERSION OF YOU.
Because that is what Sunrise Well is all about.
We aim to Educate - Empower - Energise, so you can walk away with a toolkit of personal growth and improved wellbeing.
This is not just me telling you this. This is based on real, evidence-based processes.
The research has been done, and you get to benefit.
Plus, in order to support the community joining these programs, I have also put together a private Facebook group. Inside you will meet like-minded, inspired and inspiring people, and have exclusive access to me delivering free trainings, tips and masterclasses on popular wellbeing topics. The part I love most about the private group though, is the highly engaged, positive and generous people inside the group.
We’re all there supporting each other, and it is beautiful.

How do I join?
Easy! Click here.
When is the next Challenge?
The Challenges begin on a Saturday around the middle of the month, every month. The next Challenge begins 16 March.
What happens if I don't complete the challenge?
Well, you might feel a bit guilty, but luckily you can try it again! The challenge is a good way to get started in a positive direction. If your life gets too busy to complete it, it might be a sign that you need to assess your priorities in life. But there's no harm done! You can jump on the next challenge which will run the following month.
What's the connection between doing this and reducing my stress levels?
There is a lot behind this, but a short answer is: all of these factors play into a broader sense of improving your general health and wellbeing. Having a sense of positive wellbeing can contribute to an overall increase in positive emotions. In addition, these smaller improvements can help reduce stress on their own. For example, there is plenty of research linking exercise and stress reduction. Also, shifting your behaviour so you get more of a sense of responsibility and control over what you do can help you to feel better about the decisions you are making, leading to less stress.
Sounds like a win!
Meditate for LIFE course
This course is a little different to your average meditation course so pay attention here. We do provide guided meditations, but on top of that, you also take a deep dive into your personality and your life. Plus, the guided meditations build slowly. If you’re not used to meditating, you can build your practice over time. You can follow the progression given in the course, or take it at your own pace, extending the meditation when you are comfortable.
Yes it’s meditation. But it's not all sunshine and unicorns - be ready to dive deep!
You will look at the way you approach and set up your practice in your life and also reveal why it is so meaningful for you to even have a meditation practice.
The truth is, all the answers lie within YOU.
(I know that sounds like an inspirational Disney movie, but it’s true).
The key is in unlocking your own motivation, not just doing it because you think you should.
So, if you think you want to meditate regularly, you CAN! But if you're not doing it, we need to find out Why, and help you work out a way to make it a habit - for you and for your own wellbeing.
Note - there are only 3 rounds per year, so join the waitlist before the next round begins.
Who is this course for?
This course is designed for Meditation Lovers who find it hard to stick to the habit, and Meditation Doubters who would like to try but can't see themselves sitting down for 20 minutes of practice a day without fidgeting and opening their eyes.
How is this course different to most meditation courses?
1. The practice is built over time. So, rather than jumping in to 20 minutes of practice from the first day, we start with 3 minutes of practice and you have a few days to get used to that before moving on to longer sitting periods. This way you can build confidence as you practice and you are more likely to stick with a meditation length that works for you.
2. Meditate for LIFE goes deeper than most meditation courses by helping uncover some of the blocks preventing you from making meditation a habit. Dive into self discovery with questionnaires, worksheets and self reflection, enabling you to set up a strategy to succeed on this journey.
3. Plus, get ongoing support and inspiration from other members of the Meditate for LIFE community in the private Facebook group. This will help you stay on track with your practice and also be motivated by the challenges and successes of others in the community. You'll also get access to plenty of free classes and trainings in meditation and positive wellbeing.
