While performance indicators show a loss of productivity, increased sick days or demotivated employees, you cannot really know what’s going on under the surface. Often, people are trying to walk a tightrope while balancing a number of plates. Over time, they can start to show signs of fatigue and burn out, but if you’re not paying close enough attention, the signs can be easy to miss.

That’s why it pays to have an outside professional help you to get an objective perspective of your workplace and team.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1.

We begin with a fifteen to twenty minute obligation-free chat by phone. On that call we will pinpoint some of the key areas that need to be addressed in your workplace. We’ll get to know each other and see whether we are a good fit to work together. If I can’t help you, I’ll be sure to refer you on if I can.

STEP 2.

Prior to working together, I provide a comprehensive one month Energy Audit, where I get on the ground with you and your people. Over 30 days I meet with your key teams, view your health and wellbeing policies, and assess where the energy drains are in your workplace. You will receive an objective, obligation-free report and recommendations for further action.

STEP 3.

Moving forward, we create a specialised program targeted directly at your needs, based on the outcomes of the report and the key components of the Bounce Back Program (more below).

Program delivery times range from three months up to one year and incorporate a variety of delivery modes, from one-on-one to group coaching, targeted seminars and workshops, classes, specialised trainings, and consultations with experts.

STEP 4.

We meet every 3 months to discuss the interim and final outcomes of the program, making alterations as needed.
