HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a fifteen to twenty minute obligation-free chat by phone. On that call we will pinpoint some of the key areas that need to be addressed in your workplace. We’ll get to know each other and see whether we are a good fit to work together. If I can’t help you, I’ll be sure to refer you on if I can.
Prior to working together, I provide a comprehensive one month Energy Audit, where I get on the ground with you and your people. In 30 days I meet with your key teams, view your health and wellbeing policies, and assess where the energy drains are in your workplace. You will receive an objective report and recommendations for further action.
From there we move into creating a specialised program targeted directly at your needs, based on the outcomes of the report and the key components of the Bounce Back Program (more below).
Program delivery times range from three months up to one year and incorporate a variety of delivery modes, from one-on-one to group coaching, targeted seminars and workshops, classes, specialised trainings, and consultations with experts.
