Hello, I'm Ruth, the Founder of Sunrise Well.

I am so thrilled to be able to share my passion for health and wellbeing with you.

You woke up this morning. Don’t waste it.

I am an accredited coach, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher with a difference.

I bring the science and research of public health, psychology and health sociology, and the wellbeing practices of meditation, wellness coaching, and yoga together to create a holistic view of health in the workplace.

I have created courses and programs that bring individuals to a healthier, more thriving state of wellbeing.

Positive wellbeing and good health are more than just the absence of disease. “Wellness” as a concept moves the focus from the negative state of disease, through the middle state of zero, and into the thriving state of wellbeing. Research now shows that it is possible to foster and enhance a true state of wellness through your own practices, choices, actions, and environment.

I have worked one-on-one with individuals, and in groups in large corporations like Commonwealth Bank, Australian Ethical Investment, NewsCorp Australia, to name a few.

Underpinning all classes, programs and coaching I perform is this simple philosophy:

“Each morning brings you a new chance to live life fully, on your terms, with the most joy, energy, love and purpose possible, and it is possible to live a better life with real, evidence-based practices”.

With our hectic lifestyles, you can get stuck in a rut, stressed, lose sleep, lose motivation, mess up relationships, or make bad decisions with your lifestyle. And those small decisions matter. My platform will help you recognise and undo some of the damage done, bringing responsibility and ownership back to your own plate, making you the steward of your own life.
