✔ I’ll help you to identify the early symptoms of burnout and high stress in yourself and your teams - so you can catch it early and put strategies in place to reduce risks.

✔ You’ll apply smart, simple tools to help reset your mindset and your energy as these are the most important tools in a productive working day.

✔ We’ll focus on setting clear and confident boundaries and the tools to help you communicate them easily.

✔ Recognise the role systems and processes have in wellbeing and how managing these can lower personal and team stress.

✔ You’ll do a practical leadership energy audit to track what is fuelling, and what is draining you.

In this 90 minute hands-on virtual workshop, you will gain practical, actionable insight into your own stress response, what contributes to it, and what reduces it.
